RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zeon Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The watch must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original box, packaging, tags, warranty card, and other accessories must be included.
• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, scratches, or misuse.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging to:

After reviewing the issue, we will guide you through the replacement or return process.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For approved refunds, the refund will be processed through an appropriate payment method agreed with the customer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another mutually agreed method.

RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product received from Zeon Watches, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The 3-day return period has expired.
• The watch has been worn or used.
• The product has scratches, damage, or signs of misuse.
• Original packaging, tags, warranty card, or accessories are missing.
• The product has been modified or repaired by someone other than Zeon Watches or an authorized service provider.
