ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, sales periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas across Pakistan.

Customers may be contacted for order verification before dispatch.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
